About us
Painters from the Costa Brava, not a franchise
Decordisseny is the trading name of Decorinter 2000, S.L. in Palamós. We are a team that takes care of the details: advice from the start, then the work itself, done by professionals committed to a good result, and finally your review of the job with the head of the company.
Preparation is the job
Painting is the quick part. How long a job lasts is decided by everything that happens first: sealing, sanding, filling and priming. It is the part nobody sees, and the first thing cut when a quote looks suspiciously cheap.
One person to talk to
We do not subcontract the work and disappear. The person who visits your home signs the quote and answers for it if something is not right.
For owners who live abroad
Many homes in Palamós and along the Costa Brava are second homes, owned by people who live elsewhere. We agree how the keys are handled and send progress photos to owners who cannot be here. We work in Spanish and Catalan.

How we work
What happens from your first call to the final check
To avoid surprises halfway through, the order is always the same, whatever the size of the project.
-
We come and look
We visit the site, measure up and check the real condition of the surfaces. We advise you objectively, according to your needs.
-
A written quote
What the job involves, its itemised cost and roughly how long it will take.
-
We protect before applying anything
Furniture, floors, frames, radiators and sockets covered. Anything we are not painting stays clean.
-
We prepare the surfaces
Sanding, filling, sealing cracks and priming. The stage nobody sees, but the one that guarantees a first-class result, on time and done properly.
-
We paint, then walk it through with you
All the work a good finish needs, and once it is done we go over it with you to make sure. That is our final guarantee: “Our virtue is your satisfaction”.
