Cookie policy

This translation is provided for your convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They are used to remember information about your visit, such as a choice you have made.
There are similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage), which serve a similar purpose. Following the guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), this policy treats them in the same way as cookies.
Depending on who manages them, they may be first-party (set by the site owner) or third-party (set by another entity, such as Google). Depending on their purpose, they may be technical (necessary for the website to work or to remember a choice you have made), preference, analytics or advertising cookies.
What this website uses
The table below lists all the cookies and similar technologies used by this site.
decor-consent and decor-entrada are not cookies in the strict sense but storage in the browser itself: they are not sent to any server or shared with anyone.
| Name | Owner | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| decor-consent | Decordisseny (first-party) | Stores your choice about cookies | 12 months | Technical (local storage) |
| decor-entrada | Decordisseny (first-party) | Remembers that you have already seen the intro animation so it is not repeated | Until the tab is closed | Technical (session storage) |
| NID, AEC, SOCS and other Google cookies | Google Ireland Ltd. (third party) | Operation of the map on the Contact page, preferences and security; Google may use them for its own purposes | Between 6 and 13 months | Third-party, only if you accept the map |
What this website does not use
This website does not use analytics or measurement cookies, advertising cookies or social media cookies. Nor does it build profiles for commercial purposes.
Consent
Technical cookies (decor-consent and decor-entrada) are necessary for the site to work or to remember a choice you have made, and do not require your consent (Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE).
Google Maps cookies are not necessary, so they are only installed if you accept them in the cookie notice or if you click “Show the map” on the Contact page. Until then, no Google service is loaded and no data is sent to Google. If you do not accept them, the rest of the site works just the same and you can read the address as text on that same page.
How to change or withdraw your choice
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Change my choice” button on this page.
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Official instructions: Google Chrome (support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647), Mozilla Firefox (support.mozilla.org/kb/cookies-information-websites-store-on-your-computer), Safari (support.apple.com/guide/safari/sfri11471) and Microsoft Edge (support.microsoft.com/microsoft-edge).
To also delete local and session storage, clear the “site data” from those same settings. If you block technical cookies, the site may not remember your choices.
Third-party cookies: Google
Google’s cookies (NID, AEC, SOCS and others) are managed by Google Ireland Ltd., which is responsible for them and may process data outside the European Economic Area. You can read how Google uses them at policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
Owner
The owner of this website is Decorinter 2000, S.L., NIF B-17651001, with registered address at Carrer d'Àngel Guimerà, 76, 17230 Palamós (Girona). If you have any questions about cookies, write to info@decordisseny.com. To find out how we process your personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
Updates to this policy
We may amend this policy, for example if the website adds new tools or because of changes in the law or in the AEPD’s criteria. Changes will be shown here with a new update date and, where appropriate, you will be asked for your choice again.
