If the rusted look is what you actually want, we do that too: it is brought on deliberately and then sealed so it stops progressing.

We work regularly with managing agents across the Costa Brava. If yours prefers, we deal only with them.

If you manage holiday apartments, the best window is November to March. Book your dates early.
How we work
To avoid surprises halfway through, the order is always the same, whatever the size of the project.
We visit the site, measure up and check the real condition of the surfaces. We advise you objectively, according to your needs.
What the job involves, its itemised cost and roughly how long it will take.
Furniture, floors, frames, radiators and sockets covered. Anything we are not painting stays clean.
Sanding, filling, sealing cracks and priming. The stage nobody sees, but the one that guarantees a first-class result, on time and done properly.
All the work a good finish needs, and once it is done we go over it with you to make sure. That is our final guarantee: “Our virtue is your satisfaction”.
